1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions document governs Custom solutions for organizations provided by OrgCustomPro. All services, information products, and physical items are subject to the following provisions.
2. Services
OrgCustomPro delivers bespoke services tailored to organizational needs, including consulting, development, and implementation offerings.
2.1 Refunds and Rescheduling
Clients may request rescheduling at least 48 hours ahead of the scheduled start. Cancellations made a minimum of 72 hours in advance qualify for a refund. Funds will be processed to the original payment channel within 14 business days. Certain offerings, such as on-site workshops prepared in advance, are non-refundable due to resource allocation and will be specified at point of sale.
3. Information Products
Digital resources and training materials sold by OrgCustomPro are delivered electronically upon purchase.
3.1 Refund Policy
All digital content is non-refundable once access has been granted. In case of defective files or access issues, OrgCustomPro will provide a replacement or corrective version upon validation of the problem.
4. Physical Products
OrgCustomPro offers branded merchandise and hardware kits that complement service offerings.
4.1 Refunds
Customers may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back in original packaging and condition. OrgCustomPro covers shipping costs for defective items upon verification. Funds will be processed to the original method within 14 business days of item receipt.
